We are constantly investing in the latest equipment and diagnostic tools. This allows our qualified engineers to be able to provide the highest levels of expertise and service possible.

Once your car arrives at one of our main engine workshops, your unit will be stripped down to its component parts, fully reconditioned using Original Equipment Manufacturers parts, rebuilt and installed to full working order.
A final diagnostic check ensures that your reconditioned engine is returned to you with optimum performance. Additionally, the machine shop allows us to undertake the following tasks to a tolerance of 1000th of an inch.

Your Car Engine is Important
Engine.Repair value the importance to you of reconditioning your own engine, this allows your car or light commercial vehicle to maintain its original serial numbers and engine codes. The importance of this becomes very apparent when the time comes to either sell or part exchange your vehicle.
When questioned you will find that some of our competitors will often remove your engine and replace it with a reconditioned engine from their stock, your engine will eventually be reconditioned and installed in someone else’s vehicle. However there may be some cuircumstances where t will not be viable to rebuild your engine and a ready rebuilt one is offered.
We only use Original Equipment Manufacturers parts to ensure that your engine provides you with highest level of reliability possible.
Our Process Of Repair & Rebuild
Your vehicle or engine arrives at our precision engineering workshop
The engine is disassembled into its component parts and inspected. This includes fully dismantling the cylinder head and cylinder block. The quality control system identifies all worn or broken elements. Any parts retained for use are cleaned using our specialist system.
The parts requiring machining are engineered to within 1000th of an inch parameters. Newly machined parts pass through our specialist cleaning system. The engine is rebuilt to include OEM bearings, piston rings, gaskets, and seals.
Your engine is then installed into your vehicle with the appropriate filters and fluids. Before leaving the workshop your engine is checked to be in perfect running order utilising our state of the art diagnostic computers.
Our Guarantee to You
We guarantee both our workmanship and the materials that we use for a 6 month unlimited mileage guarantee.
In the unlikely event of a failure we will replace either the parts or the entire engine free of charge and at our discretion. This guarantee is void if you cannot provide evidence that your engine was serviced after the first 500 miles of use from the date of reconditioning.

You can choose from either one of our reconditioned van engines or for your van engine to be fully reconditioned by our expert techinicians in our fully equipped modern workshops. All van engines are fully rebuilt using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts or even upgraded latest specification components.
As our workshops are fully equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment ,we are therefore able to fully test your engine ancillary components too. This ensures you will be up and running with a fully tested, installed and guaranteed UK remanufactured engine.
